QUIET

yep its that time of year again
some nice surf has been coming through but no one in the water the locals all seem to stop for winter

work

im at the factory knocking walls down tidying up after the summer and building a new epoxy clean room with an inbuilt oven
also cleaned the glassing room which looks like it hasnt been cleaned since i did it last winter
but hey thats the joys of being a factory owner
also doing the repairs and working out some new models for next years range>
on a green note changed to waterbased paints only and got rid of all the toxic stuff

will post some pics up over the next few days

we have been playing with the resins again
pulled the tail in a little too from normal
currently glassing more epoxy for quick so will post up some pics of that too
meanwhile lets get cooking on the greenough

Ding Repair time

as ever we have been busy building boards and dealing with the non stop ding repairs that our friendly surfcamps deal up every day.
this is what happens when you have 500+ germans dutch etc all out surfing at the same time in a bic and nsp soup
you got to love them ...
plus everyone has to learn to surf at some point

this should have gone before the wondering but they who cares??
back from 5 weeks in portugal
wow what a great place as allways
took the J7 and after 2 1/2 days of driving arrived.such a calm place at this time of the year and cool people
heres a couple of pics will write more about it shortly still getting over millfontes

ive been wondering around the factory this week getting things rady for the season putting in new ventilation and playing with a few new boards.
im hoping the 200 US blanks turn up soon
but the meantime i took a few pics
a cut down stubbie midway through resin tinting
my spray mask . must get a new one
some resin on the floor
and some glass strands on the stand

not so secret spot V

well its feb the 10th and we headed off to a not so secret spot nearby to try and catch some waves
heres what we found
