yeah yeah i know ive been real slack but the crazy season is upon me and i seem to be running aroung like a headless chicken....

here are a couple of the new boards coming out of the factory at the mo

both are eps

i like using this form as the supplier is local so its more eco as such an less miles travelled

also its a twist dont get me wrong i still do more PU than EPS but you need to be surfing both and trying to get the best out of both materials

i also glass for others so if you want to shape your own then bring it to me or shae at the factory and i will finish it in both epoxy or pu

the quadegg also has a dd foam stringer so thats also something new to the pot

deep purple in colour with a little pepe on the bottom

i know this shape works so well and am stoked when other people can see it too

now to mount up the randal 180s and some nice soft wheels and get cruising

so we have had a good spell of sun so i decided after a winter of cleaning and rearranging the factory i would foil some fins

heres a pair i started today for a mini simmons

get back tomorrow to finish sanding them up

will post them up on the finished board too

got the new blanks in so work is finally back underway after what seems like a long winter so will now be blogging more aswell

have been making some boardbags for chanel this week so took the camera in and snapped some pics
the tartan is not for chanel just for a fish bag im making
i have been making bags for over 12 years and make them for anyone i even print your own logos on them if you order 10
so if you need a bag for a special board or want something different mail me for a price

im at the factory knocking walls down tidying up after the summer and building a new epoxy clean room with an inbuilt oven
also cleaned the glassing room which looks like it hasnt been cleaned since i did it last winter
but hey thats the joys of being a factory owner
also doing the repairs and working out some new models for next years range>
on a green note changed to waterbased paints only and got rid of all the toxic stuff

will post some pics up over the next few days

ive been wondering around the factory this week getting things rady for the season putting in new ventilation and playing with a few new boards.
im hoping the 200 US blanks turn up soon

the stubbies frankenstien brother

After riding and selling countless stubbies we decided it was time for a change.our specially blown blanks were ordered and the new version started to come to life.....

rich decided that the tail needed looking at and after building handfulls of quads this summer he decieded that a bat tail would be worth a look...i made sure that we would head down the twin fin route and by using eaton style bonzer fins modified and made of hd foam we were off

welll here she is

the first surf was held in shoulder high peaky waves and i think im still griining from the speed and manouverability of a board that everyone who looked at it said it wont work....open your minds....

this is a board that will amaze you swing by the factory for a closer look

or keep your eyes out in the sw of franceim in the water with her

anyway back to the balsa fish
